Kekkei Genkai:Lightning Controle. You see the clans lightning controle comes from a syrum injected at birth that makes it so that your lightning element is your only element. How ever said element well be diffrent colors due to how you feel. There are a few ways you can use this. The main way is to just shoot lightning out of your hands. But there are other ways. Such as burst lightning,Chain lightning,Lightning blades [not to be confused with the lightning cutter] and last but not least we can shoot the lightning into water to shock foes.

Description:The lightning mark is injected into the clan member at birth allowing him or her to use lightning freely from their body. But as such the clan member has a very limited jutsu list as the syrum destroys their second element leaveing only lightning, And they all so cant swim or they well be shocked to death. But with the lightning they can act as magnets sticking to metal surfecs and the like.

Clan History: The jeevas clan was founded in another time. It is a gene in the persons body the well only awaken when injected with a syrum. The clan is seperated into three sides. Jedi,Sith and Dark jedi. The jedi are the ones that love peace more and think more before acting the sith are more rageful and want war most of the time. The dark jedi are the inbetween of the two groups. When some one is born they do not go by the normal shinobi ranking. Instead of academy student they are called youngling, Genin is a padawan,Chuunin Is an knight Speical jounin is a master and jounin-Sannin is a lord.

Obviously you have to put limitations on this clan.

How big of an object can it move? How little? How far can it move the object? How fast can it throw it? If it i a human, does it do anything to their innards? etc, etc.

The difference of a Jounin and Sannin, in standards of power, is immense. Change the limitations for Jounin.

Now I'm being picky. Buildings? No. For a jounin maybe something like a wagon or vehicle or something. ANBU maybe able to lift a building, and even then, it would deplete their chakra immensely.

But when posting the building part, be sure to name the size of the building.

BTW, as for the "leaving the human at your mercy" thing, I am proposing a system.

Nope. Saw something else. As for Kages and Sannin, it would be ultimately OP for them to be able to move everything. Just create a system for them to be able to move things.

I.E, something like, they can move things twice as large as a Jounin/ANBU would, Three times as much as a Chuunin, four times as much as a Genin, and five times as much as an Academy Student, or the clan equivalent of it. Otherwise, it's fine.

I'm sorry, but lightning doesn't tie into Gravity manipulation at all. IDC if this is from Star Wars, but have you checkred the banner lately, Naruto and Star Wars have different laws of nature, which means to have Gravity and be able to shoot lightning from your hands would be two totally different things.
