Description: water completely surrounds Hattori in his exact shape allowing him to still move as if it were nothing the water barrier becomes as hard as steel he can also supercharge the barrier with electricity to completely avoid just about any physical attack with hands or metal however this can impair movement as the water must be put at a slight distance to prevent shocking himself making it harder to move normally
